Amitaba Gardens is a third generation family farm nestled in the tail end of the southern interglacial lobe of the Kettle Moraine. Surrounded by sparkling clear natural springs and beautiful forests, Amitaba has been kept in a pristine pastoral state for over 40 years.

Amitaba's goal is to continue to maintain the vibrant balance and harmony between the farmers, land and water. This balance is what creates exceptionally nutritious and delicious produce, fruit, nuts, culinary and medicinal herbs, and beautiful flowers. Amitaba has created a vibrant and ever-expanding community that encourages the public to ome and enjoy the sights of stay for the day in exchange for the freshest food you can possibly pick.

Amitaba encourages individuals to join Amitaba's community by helping anyone interested to create their own sustainable food, cosmetics, and medicinal products for your health and home by connecting the dots between the public, access to USDA-licensed kitchen time, and the land in order to make their dreams come true.

Dedicated to protecting the future of our food, soil, and life, we take a holistic approach; we recognize the importance of creating products strictly grown with no chemical or artificial fertilizers. Our goal on this site is integrating the principles of permaculture with the growth of a perrenial food forest, heirloom rice paddies and holistically grazed livestock that creates a healthy symbiotic relationship with the ecology of the land. We use methods producing little to zero carbon footprint and adhere to a closed-loop nutrient system.
